INENSY has built itself a robust and comprehensive infrastructure which supports its endeavors well. Right from design, production to quality check each stage has an able support system which ensures seamless functioning. INENSY has an apt mix of human resources and automation which in unison work towards the customers betterment.

INENSY has an able team of over 175 employees & associates. The core team comprises of the three directors. The technical baton has seven engineers and there are about 23 diploma holders.
A well equipped production facility with Poka-yoke, semi automation & visual control at an emerging industrial hub.
Technology driven Assembly line which ensures minimal lead time
SolidWorks - The products at INENSY are designed and analyzed on a 3D modeling software which is dynamic and ensures utmost accuracy.
We also have Product Data Management (PDM) software to securely store design data for fast retrieval, eliminate concerns over data loss and collaborate on design in multiple locations .
We have installed IC SOFT ERP to increase efficiency of all business processes, decrease cost, streamline processes and improve productivity.
In-House test lab - is equipped to carry out the following endurance and validation tests:

Automatic switch Endurance test rig (For accelerated life testing)
Vibration testing equipment (Fixed frequency)
Water ingress test chamber
Dust chamber
Corrosion resistance test chamber (Salt spray test chamber)
Power source ( 16 volts 60 Amperes)
Non operating mechanical shock test equipment

Tool room support with CNC machining center & other well maintained machinery required to develop quality & accurate tools to meet the component quality as per OEM customer expectations.
