Customer Centricity












Customer resides at the heart of everything INENSY does. INENSY moulds its products, services and strategies keeping the benefit of customer in mind. The customer centricity at INENSY is classified in four larger areas:

Quality – Apart from being an ISO TS- 16949 RWTUV certified INENSY undertakes numerous quality measures on its own which ensures product durability and zero defects. Some of the practices are:

  • Failure Mode Effect Analysis & Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA & DFMEA) – Using corrective action, prevention action (CAPA) tool INENSY has created a large database of past failures and using this database INENSY can predict and manage the errors that may happen in future. Thus making use of this insight they design and alter the products before hand and thus ensure a defect free product. This alterations and changes are done at the design – drawing stage of Products.
  • Kaizen – INENSY walks the path of small improvements which in collection result in larger benefits.
  • Strict process controls.
  • In-House test LAB – INENSY has set-up a full-fledge test lab which takes care of the design and performance validation of products. Thus the product which is shipped out has a warranty for a stipulated time frame and a certification that it will work as per the customers' requirement, and will have no defects.
  • Comprehensive and prompt warranty tracking and corrective actions

Cost – INENSY continually tries to make its products cost effective. This they do by initiatives like:

  • Year on Year (YoY) Cost reduction program.
  • Cost Re-engineering.
